Running a CE activity

From activity plan to post-activity report.

Every continuing education activity at UP Manila follows the same four steps. Both forms are filled out online, signed by your college, and endorsed to OCE through TRACKS.

Four steps

  1. Step 01

    Plan

Read the application guidelines and agree the activity with your department and OCE College Coordinator.

  2. Step 02

    Apply

Fill out the application online at least two months ahead. Your College Coordinator endorses the signed form to OCE through TRACKS.

  3. Step 03

    Deliver

Run the activity once the Chancellor approves it and OCE returns the approved form to your unit.

  4. Step 04

    Report

Within two months after the activity, submit the post-activity report with participants, income and the 2% remittance.
