You choose your course here on the OCE site. Enrollment, lessons and badges are on OpenLearning, UP Manila’s online learning platform.

Choose a course
Browse the iSKOLAR+ courses and check the duration, fee, prerequisites and enrollment status.
On OpenLearning
Sign up or log in
Select the course’s enroll button. It opens the course on OpenLearning, where you create a free account or log in.
On OpenLearning
Enroll
Complete enrollment, including the course fee where there is one. Some courses ask a few admission questions first.
You
Learn at your own pace
Work through the modules, activities and assessments online—or on the hybrid schedule, for hybrid courses.
UP Manila
Earn your credential
Complete all requirements to receive your certificate and your verifiable iSKOLAR+ digital badge.

- How long is a course?
- From 5 to 120 hours, depending on the topic and depth of content. Each course page lists its duration.
- Are there prerequisites?
- They vary by course. Check the course description for entry requirements.
- What if a course says “Enrollment closed”?
- It is not taking new learners right now. Contact OCE to ask about the next run.
